About Talk To Dot
Talk To Dot is a real-time conversation transcription service operated by Talk To Dot Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17375197). Your account
You must be 18 or over to create a Talk To Dot account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account.
Payments and subscriptions
Talk To Dot is a subscription service. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Three plans are available:

| Dot Plus | 2,000 minutes | £25.99/month |
Minutes are based on active transcription time. Unused minutes expire at the end of each billing month and do not roll over.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. On cancellation, you will retain access to Talk To Dot until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You may use Talk To Dot for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the service
- Use the service to transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Resell or sub-license access to the service
- Use automated means to access the service
The service
We aim to provide a reliable and accurate transcription service, but we cannot guarantee that transcription will be error-free or uninterrupted. Transcription accuracy depends on factors outside our control including audio quality, background noise, and the languages spoken.
Talk To Dot is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, relating to the service.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Talk To Dot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
